Gluten Free Apple Harvest Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt pan

Directions:

 

Combine In a Small Bowl:

3 Cups Krusteaz Gluten Free Baking Mix

1 tsp of GF Baking Soda

In a Separate Bowl Combine and Cream :

1 Cup Oil

4 Eggs

2 1/4 Cups of Sugar

2 tsp Vanilla

Mix in Dry Ingredients Until Batter is Smooth:

Fold In:

1 Cup Diced Apples 

1/2 Cup Coconut

Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

Once cool add all glaze. Glaze will puddle on the plate and make the bottom really moist and gooey. Enjoy!

 

Glaze

In a small saucepan mix 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, 1/4 Cup Milk and 1/2 Cup Butter till thoroughly combined and sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Glaze

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Butter
