Gluten Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Into a skillet place the butter and diced mushrooms.
Sautee for a few minutes till heated through, and remove from heat.
Add the chicken broth, milk and corn starch stir with a whisk to blend.
Return to heat and stirring constantly heat until thickness you desire.
Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
That's it you can either use this immediately in your favorite recipe or freeze it for later use. If you freeze it be sure to mark the container with the name and date of the contents so you can find it when needed.
Ingredients Needed:
2 TBSP butter
1 cup of gf chicken broth
1 cup of milk
1 box of fresh mushrooms diced
1 TBSP Corn Starch
salt and pepper to taste
