Gluten Free Pie Crust

Directions:

 

 

Combine In a Small Bowl the first four ingredients with a pastry cutter. Melt your butter and stir into the dry ingredients, using your hands add the egg and enough water till the dough cleans the side of the bowl. Depending on the humidity more or less water may be needed.

 

Roll the dough on a GF flour surface, and carefully place into the pan. Piece together if necessary, and follow your favorite pie recipe from here. 

Ingredients Needed:

 

 

1 Cup GF Flour (I used Krusteaz)

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp xantham gum

1/2 tsp GF baking powder

1 egg

1 TBSP butter (not margirin)

1/3 cup ice water
