Wheat is not my friend!

Since 2011 I've been gluten free and am learning more every day about how to bake and cook gluten free. Believe me there are so many options out there now adays that knowing what to try first can be not only exhausting but expensive. So below are some of my favorite go to products for gluten free. Don't just live, enjoy living gluten free!

Bread! Oh the search has been on since day one when I learned about my celiac disease, and while I haven't mastered bread in any form I'm happy to say that I have finally found a bread that holds up to tomato sandwiches and toast too.

I've tried so many, Rudi's, Udis, Schar, and while I'm not saying they aren't fine products they just didn't do it for me. They would fall apart before I was half way through my sandwich, and many times there was so much bread that you just couldn't eat any more of it. So I now have a go to bread which I absolutely love, and you'd never know it was gluten free either. It's by "Three Bakers" and in my store I can get white or rye style, plus they even have pizza and other stuff too, but for now the bread is by far my favorite!

Flour! This stuff is really expensive or that's what I use to think before a friend of mine found a real life saving product at no place other than Sam's Club. It's by Krusteaz, and I really do use it all the time for almost everything. Flouring chicken, or frying squash, baking my favorite cakes, cookies and my chicken and dumplings, and even pie crust.
